A charming Bed and Breakfast in Dordogne close to Lascaux

At the heart of the Périgord noir and away from prying eyes, the Jardin de La Bachellerie welcomes you for a relaxing, charming stay.

Located at the center of the village of La Bachellerie and close to Montignac, a medieval village famous for its "grotttes de Lascaux" (prehistoric caves), our guesthouse is an old 17th century presbytery. Its entire restoration preserved its authenticity, matching contemporary and tradition.

You will enjoy the vast garden of 2 hectares, bask in the sun, near the swimming pool or in the shade of tall trees.

The region Dordogne and especially the Périgord noir are magical places, full of an ancient history.

Among amazing landscapes, you can discover the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes, Losse, Fenelon and Hautefort, the Bastide de Domme, the Roque Gageac, the historical gardens of Eyrignac, Marqueysac, not forgetting the medieval town of Sarlat La Canéda. Finally, if you're prehistory lovers, don't forget the "grottes de Lascaux" and the National Museum of the Eyzies.
